Totally unreliable and very bad customer support
Very bad customer support. I applied for a payment gateway and they told me that it will take 1-2 days to answer. But no answer for 9 days and I was following up every day and every time they told me tomorrow!
After 9 days they asked me about some documents that I'd already sent to them. I sent the docs again and they told me 1-2 days again. After every day following up by me for 5 days and everyday excuses from them, I gave up.
My contact person was Nazarii Radysh, The Sales Manager of IKAJO.
