"The customer is always wrong."

The kippahs arrived in a very bright/neon style color that didn't look the same way on the proof. I sent three emails asking for assistance before I got a response that said that custom orders were final. I referred them to the space on their website which indicates that returns are accepted for store credit, but they said that did not apply to custom orders. The website does not say this. I am stuck with a color I don't want and a kippah which looks cheap and neon, as well as an experience of poor customer service that could serve as a master class for business schools. According to iKippahs, "the customer is always wrong."

Premium price for inferior product

Premium price for inferior product. I buy BLACK kappels for myself and my children, I spend a LOT and am left with a BROWN kappel a few weeks later!

Their kappels are a nice shape but the colour is just shambolically cheap.
