I needed independent legal advice for a company BTL purchase. ILA-connect were the cheapest I found with good reviews. Everything was easy, smooth and very quick. The solicitor read out the guarantee meaning for 5 mins, then he said he would sign the document and send to me. Since it was my husband and myself, two directors, he did the same spiel twice and the whole thing took 10 maybe 15 mins max. We received our signed documents two days after with clearly marked stickers for where we needed to sign. Excellent service, It seemed daft that he couldn’t just say the spiel once to the both of us at the same time since we were sitting together, I’m not really understanding why he had to do it twice, repeating the exact same thing and taking twice the time and fee?
