Terrible customer service
Their customer service is a joke. They promised a "switch plan" feature would have been implemented by August this year but as of december it's still missing and no new date is being provided.
If engaged on social media they ask you to send private messages to which they respond with pre-canned answers only.
Might be 40% cheaper compared to others, but it's definitely not worth what you are paying for.
