I ordered boots in November of 2019 and still have not received them despite having my account charged. They do not respond to emails. I believe this company is a scam and I would not trust them. Absolutely useless company set to rip people of their money.

I ordered some boots from this company on 1st January and to start with I kept getting emails advising due to demand there would be a delay but they would be shipped. I was then told even though there’s a tracking number it wouldn’t track for UK customers which raised alarm bells. Anyway I actually received my boots mid January and when they came over never seen such poorly made boots in my life. The upper material is like very stiff cardboard that has no give in it so I couldn’t get my foot in past the heel of the boot. Needless to say I packaged them back up ready for return. I checked the return policy which stated I had to email them for directions. After four emails to them I just sent them back via recorded postage to the return address on the original packaging at the end of January. Since then both of their social media pages have gone down as has their website. Now luckily for me, Royal Mail lost my package so I got my money back from them but I would absolutely avoid this scam company at all costs.

So like many others on here, I too ordered some boots on the 14th Dec 2019 after coming across their facebook page. I received an email on the 19th Dec to say that my boots had been dispatched.... as of 16th Feb 2020, I have yet to receive my boots! I've emailed them several times, to which I've had no reply. When you try to access their website, it conveniently says that "the tab has crashed", and their facebook page has "mysteriously" disappeared. I will be taking steps to getting my money back through my bank, and I have also reported them to trading standards. Lesson has been learnt!

Only gave 1 star because I had to !!! Order boots before Xmas 2019, it is now feb 16, no boots. Have emailed the company 7 times and no reply at all!!! Total scammers DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Awful company! Ordered on 17/12/19 and never received my shoes. I have now raised this with PayPal as they aren't responding to my emails and website no longer exists!!

I’m in exactly the same boat as you all. Purchased boots in December , never recieved them , emailed them twice , nothing heard , now no real Website , will definitely contact the bank to claim a refund . Thanks all for your feedback , they don’t even deserve a star .. more like a backhand

Ordered 2 pairs of boots and although they eventually arrived, they didn't fit. Website says to contact them to arrange a return but despite emailing them 3 times I still haven't heard back! Talk about taking your money and running

Ordered boots before xmas and still nothing has arrived. Emailed company on their email and had no reply. The website has also now gone to a splash page saying "Coming soon"... SCAM company!!! stay away

Ordered some boots in December 2019 for £27.99, never received them despite the tracking number saying they had been delivered. And they haven't got back to any of my emails. Trying to get a refund at the moment, but I'd rather have the boots really. How can they just not deliver to so many customers? But they manage to take the money so quickly. It amazes me how companies like this exist!

We ordered some boots before Christmas and never received an order confirmation. They have not replied to any messages since then. Stay away from this company. We've made a claim with our bank for a refund but are not optimistic.

Received a lovely pair of boots , didnt have to wait long from they to arrive. Where's the complaint i hear you ask? 2 DIFFERENT SIZED BOOTS is what i got. Two emails i have sent as per their returns policy. Not heard anything back from them. My only option now is to return them, paying for that privilege myself i add. Hopeing that someone reads this review and return my email.....

Ordered boots mid December for £27.99. There was no tracking available in the UK, waited until the end of Jan and disputed the order through Paypal. The company never responded and therefore I have received my money back. Do not purchase from this company!

Absolutely disgusting!!! Ordered some boots for £27.99 so not cheap on the 3rd January, still not received them! Have emailed so many times with no reply!!! No tracking number so can’t look to see where they are!! Disgraceful!! Avoid at all costs

1 star is way to much ordered some boots in December 2019 still have not had them I have emailed and not got anything back no phone number not happy

One star is too many for this company. Ordered goods at the beginning of January and the goods still have not been received and there has been no correspondence from the company. It is disgraceful. No company telephone number to contact them which is also highly suspicious. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have reported them as a scam company and am now working with my bank to retrieve my money.

Says order dispatched on 19/12/19 still not arrived and not replying to emails AVOiD! Will be contacting my bank about a refund

Do not buy from this company!!!!! Ordered goods on 15/12/19. It has not been delivered. No response to emails.

Ordered 19/12/19 still havent recieved my item. I have tried contacting them several times with no reply.

I have reported this company to trading standards and the police for Fraud.

There website has gone down as has FB page.

I received my order (which is more than most) incorrect size, have been trying for days to return these incorrect items no reply.
Please do not buy from this company.

I was very concerned when I read these reviews.
I emailed the company and did get an answer .
Admittedly it should have been made clear that the product was coming from China .
I was very sceptical when I emailed again and got no response .
Product was ordered on 3 January .
Well I am happy to say I did receive my goods finally on January 23rd and I’m very happy with them .
