Illy continues to have extremely poor (non-existent) support. Our service has been down for 3.5 days this month, and we have not received a response to our support ticket.

Worst customer service ever. My purchase was not activated in 24 hours. I contacted the customer care via email and Opened a ticket. I didnt get any response from them yet.

Terrible network performance, 50%+ packet loss, no response from support for a ticket opened a week ago.

I decided to try out ILLY HOSTING after having been disappointed by other hosting providers. Since I started getting hosting services from them, I can testify that I haven’t experienced any issue so far. Their services are affordable, easy to use, and most of all, they offer features that suit any website. With ILLY HOSTING, you don’t have to be a professional web designer. I am not a designer myself and all I had to do was to create my site using their web builder, and their numerous set of tools. When I incurred any problem, all I had to do was to contact their 24/7 customer support and they would respond as fast as possible. ILLY HOSTING is an incredible web hosting provider and I would recommend it to anyone looking for web hosting services.

Illyhosting is a major life saver. This was so new for me and my wife’s small business that I really had no idea what to do. They helped us every step of the way. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with Illyhosting service.Customer support is one of the best I ever sow,with less than hour ticket respond. Their service is very good and reliable and I did not have high expectations when I started with this company but it turned out to be one of the best service providers I tryed...trust me I when I say I tryed a lot providers.
Before I mostly used the services of a large and well-known companies, some of them are better some worse, but honestly neither one has not fulfilled my expectations, which generally were not anything special.
