Disorganised and 100% not "self employed" like they claim. You set your availability, they then chase you like crazy with time slots given by the customers. A job will go live, you'll get multiple phone calls and emails asking you if you'll do it, if you give a reason why you can't they will push hard to make it work so you can fit it in. They set the price which is not worth the time most of the time. I've done 2 jobs, still haven't been paid for 1 of them and it's been over a month, ive had the option to do just 5 jobs in about 7 months.

Onboarding took about 4 months doing so many tests and e learning all for what would have been 5 jobs (£175 before expenses) in 7 months. Constantly moving the goal posts on how they want things done.
You know for a fact they get a lot more than the £35 they pay you per job by how they chase you to do them urgently. Taking out fuel costs you're lucky to get £25 out of a job then you give your £7 to the tax man. Also you have to pay £11 postage and wait to be reimbursed.
Out of 2 jobs I've done, I got paid for 1, cost me about £10 in diesel 35 minute drive each way and I was at the job for about 30 minutes. £7 to the tax man that works out below minimum wage before you take out wear and tear on your vehicle.

My experience working as an agent with ILM Solutions Ltd was very disappointing.
The onboarding process took around four months, with repeated delays and constant requests to complete additional online training that was not paid. Communication during this period was inconsistent and it was often difficult to get clear answers about when work would actually begin.
Once access to the app was provided, jobs were extremely limited. Some weeks there were no jobs at all, and on other occasions jobs that appeared on the app were removed and reassigned to other agents without explanation.
Agents are required to pay for postage themselves and then wait to be reimbursed after the job is completed, which can take time. This means agents are effectively covering expenses upfront with no guarantee of consistent work.
When contacting the office to resolve issues, the attitude from staff was sometimes unprofessional. On one occasion I was even accused of lying when the issue had clearly been caused by their own scheduling problems.
Overall the process felt poorly organised and frustrating. Based on my experience I would not recommend working as an agent for this company.
