So far, a very pleasant experience. The personal that I have talked to on the phone have been very nice and answered all my questions.

I love how quick the process is with you company. I think it is great. Everything is fast and easy.

I must say I was ready to be disappointed with iLoan along with the other companies I had tried to work with to get a small loan. My credit was not "excellent" or "good" but to me it was great compared to where it had been years ago. I wanted a loan so I could consolidate my bills before they had gotten out of control where I could not handle them. The staff at iLoan took the time and interest to learn my situation, concerns and desires. They went beyound just looking at my application answers , credit history and credit score and they approved me that day. I am older; "old school" as the kids; say so I had several difficulties with computer usage and sending the required documents electronically and iLoan expert "Ashlynn" walked me thru it via the phone-delaying her lunch hour. Never once did she lose her patience or sense of humor with me; even when I was frustrated which really helped. All and all everyone I spoke with was kind, professional and helpful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them in this given time-but I will also say iLoan was very "encouraging " as another applicant had said they were and they funded my full loan request! Yes, this is the company you want to work with and have working for you

There is no way this company gets five star rating like is shown here. I took a loan they explained that my interest rate would be high at first then would go down and more money would be applied to principal NOW HERES THE TRUTH. It is 11/15/2017 My loan started on April 21, 2016 my payments are made every month without fail. my loan was 5250.00 here it is 2017 and I have paid little over 3431.59 (total payments) of which 837.00 went to principal The balance of my loan can not be figured because they add interest amounts instead of deducting them and they say oh you signed up for this loan. If they had explained the process as it truly is I would have laughed my head off and said are you kidding no way. my ending is 2020 in that length of time I will have paid over 15.800.00 unless they change against a 5250.00 loan.

99% of these reviews are from the desparate people who where so happy to be approved for any dollar amount. Lets hear from people like me who've had the loan for 15months and paid off the loan 33 months early because it's a ripoff. I'm already broke I can't give the little I do have away..

Aside from the back and forth being approved then to be unapproved to actually be approved once you've submitted all these documents.

The customer service is okay. The interest rates are high as a kite even when you have a good credit score (650+). I was paying $207 a month and out of that not even $75 was going towards the principle balance. I've had my loan for only 15 months and paid it off in full this month. There was no way that I was gonna continue to be legally robbed for another 3yrs.

Unless you plan on paying this loan off quickly, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who's already having financial trouble, because this will kill you slowly once you start paying it back and you see your paying more interest with every payment then the principle of the loan. They take advantage.

Better rates than most online loans ! Better terms.

The online process was very smooth! I loved the fact that I didn't have to spend forever on the phone providing information to a representative and my approval process was very quick. Definitely recommend applying through iLoan!
