What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company, called in at the store on the Rivenhill road and looked around, know one about, wee thought this odd, then noticed a face on a tv screen who was watching me and my wife who said that he could help, no didn't fancy that so wee left and drove up to the warehouse on the Crumlin road in belfast, looked around and picked a 3 and ah 2 sitter wee liked and paid the amount of 1049 pounds, Darren the guy there said it was in stock and gave us a delivery date for two weeks later and me and my wife headed home all happy, the suit was 995.00 and 20 quid assembly and 30 quid to take are old on away, 3 days before are delivery I received a message from ilovefurniture pointing out that there schedule was tight and asked would wee be definitely at home, and I reassured them that wee would be, on the day before are delivery my wife got a message regarding the suit that the next day was grand, later that night at 10.45 my phone pinged with a message saying that are suit was discontinued and offered a couple of items a lot pricier than the one wee picked, so the next morning wee headed straight to the warehouse again to get are money back ,again two tv screens and two faces looking at us , what a joke said accounts won't be in till 11 so left and went back , had to wait 4 days for our money and got it eventually, not once did they apologise for messing us about, this is a joke of a company and when you read the reviews you'll understand why, complete farce from start to finish???????.
