I don’t even write reviews but I found a TON of mold on one of the buds, please do not buy from these guys. They gave me a bag as an exchange for the moldy bag but I’m cautious of even smoking the new bag with the pure amount that was on that nug🤢🤮 I loved their customer service and never had a problem until today but this is a health issue I can’t look past :/

they have amazing customer service answering you in a really short period of time,i would be asking them millions of quesions with quick answers and will always make costumers happy! so glad i switched to them!!

Do not trust them. They don’t fulfill the orders, just take your money and ignore any attempts for you to communicate with them. Complete bullshit.

Weed looked absolutely nothing like the picture than was told it is the same strain and if I want to return I have to pay 5$ the weed wasn’t even remotely close to looking the same would recommend using purple panda as the pics look like the weed they give you stay away from this place

They are not a serious company.. they tell you several times that your order will be delivered the same day.. so that you make the payment.. and after that they tell you that it will always not be the same day.. if not after 3 to 5 days later.. and on top of that they ask for more money for shipping... or they give you the option of the same day.. with products that you did not request and on top of that on the page they do not exist.. very bad company

After 4yrs of dealing with these folks I can only say good things. They have always delivered great product and steady service.

I absolutely love this service. I've been ordering from them for about half a year now and every delivery driver I've met has been professional and kind, and so have the dispatchers (I don't know if that's what I call this position, but I mean the people communicating details and order payments through text/letting me know when the driver has arrived). I definitely recommend. Thanks ilovesmoke you are life savers some days hahaha

To be completely honest, their weed is pretty bussing. The website is pretty accurate with their descriptions on the weeds.

Whats disappointing is, most of the time i ordered and a discount is mentioned, they always had a reason of not being able to come through on it. Somehow not matter what location i gave them it always took up to 6h before receiving my order. Like last time I ordered at 11am thinking i would at least get it by 3pm. I got my order at 6pm. I did not even receive updates on ETA. The customer service to me is a hard thumbs down. They're not in it to give you good service but utterly for the money.

But sincerely i only come back because the weed is good but thats the only reason so far.

I use to like the Montreal delivery, great products, great service, but in the last month or two, they have a new dispatch, the person never introduces themselves, where the previous one did, and your texts go unanswered alot and I'm always waiting 4-5 hours not to mention that I always tip the driver 5-7 dollars on top of the delivery fee. I just might have to look elsewhere

Lady’s a straight up goof won’t accept my id and tells me I can’t use my picture on my phone but then tells me to take another phone with the picture on it and take a picture and starts laughing in my face like what a goof only funny cus im not right I front of her dumbass

When a customer states they don’t want the order anymore, they shouldn’t be harrassed with Text messages and emails about said order. Stated 3 times I didn’t want the order and they continued harassing me. Won’t be using this place ever

Put in my order 2 hours ago and they reached out promptly to confirm my age and delivery instructions. I submitted what was required and haven’t heard anything from them since. No updates in over an hour and a half. I will update this review if they end up reaching out, but still a very long wait time without any word in that case regardless.
