This is my second order from Ilumi, and as before, the products and service are excellent. I had to change the delivery date and on phoning, everything was sorted out and I was called back to confirm details.
I would happily recommend Ilumi to others.

You just cannot tell that these meals are out of a packet. They are superb. And not just for people with gluten/dairy intolerance. They are superior to any packaged food I have tried. I use them for occasional meals and take them when going away to work instead of eating rubbish in pubs. I just use the bnb's microwave.

I bought the starter pack and was really impressed with taste and quality of the food not to mention the packaging. The soups are delicious and are great for lunch. I have just completed my first week on a gluten free diet and am feeling so much better than I have done for a long time. Would definitely recommend this product.

We've been ilumi customers for quite some time now, and we've never been disappointed. The choice of "menu" is really extensive, and always very tasty. We will continue to shop with ilumi.

you really need to try out this company their food is great very tasty I have tried most of them and have not been disappointed with any of them

Cooking for one from scratch is time consuming at best but more so when you have a busy lifestyle. The Ilumi meals are delicious. Choosing my evening meal after a busy day is like choosing from the Menu of a highly rated restaurant. Dishes I wouldn't contemplate attempting to cook are waiting for next. They most definitely DON'T taste like ready meals and NO Supermarket stocks that variety of ordinary ready meals let alone Gluten Free meals. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

I will continue to use Ilumi because I like the food, I can order it bulk, it is quick to cook, contains no ingredients that set off my various food issues and is delivered promptly. However:

1. It is far too expensive;
2. The portions are too small;
3. Everything tastes the same;
4. Most dishes come with no carbohydrates and the one thing I really hate is the rice and chickpea dish, which is vile (and also misnamed as this is wild rice, not rice - no relationship between the two), so I need to eat three or four meals a day just to keep feeling relatively full;
5. The packaging is ludicrous - under government legislation, WE now have to get rid of all of this f****** cardboard and it is a real pain - why not a simple plastic or paper bag?
6. The spicy dishes should be spicy. They are bland. You should offer options for those who prefer hotter food. And, yes, I do know what Indian food tastes like and while it is not of the ridiculous Anglo-Indian kind, much of it - especially from the South of India - is actually just as hot. There goes another Western urban myth

meals and soups were all too salty. One can add salt but cannot take it out.
the pasta consistency and flavour was awful; Tesco's freefrom pasta actually tastes like pasta..

I m newly diagnosed coeliac and the rescue pack is wonderful in taste and choice of products. Will purchase again for sure.

Quick delivery, kept up to date with emails regarding delivery, chilli is amazing, tastes like it's been slow cooked, can't fault

I was impressed with the quality of ingredients of your meals. I bought a couple of your pouch meals to take on the Fastnet 2015. Easy to heat up and being both gluten and diary free meant it met my dietary requirements. My only negative is that it took many google searches to find your products existed.

Great to finally have some healthy gluten free meals which are very practical as portable to take to work, other peoples houses etc and convenient to heat up and eat. I have bought a selection of meals to take to a festival as they don't need to be stored in the fridge and most of them can be heated up in a just a saucepan for a couple of minutes. (some are microwave only) and at a festival i cam never guarantee there will be safe gluten free food. Most of all they are TASTY and DELICIOUS :-)

Now purchased gluten free foods and meals on quite a few occasions since being diagnosed just over a year ago. The service speed and ease of ordering online has been followed by fast delivery and enjoyable meals on every occasion. I shall continue to use the service and try out more dishes as time goes by.
These foods make less of a problem to myself and my family and changing to a gluten free diet has been made easier.
