I ordered the Beckham Stack and only half of the order was delivered. When I reached out to IM8, once they confirmed the missing items, they immediately had the second half of my purchase shipped out. They were fantastic to work with and every company should look to them as the example for how to run your support division.

I received an email on a Saturday to say that my next order was coming up. On Monday morning, they'd charged my card. I actually wanted to upgrade my package, but they said it was impossible. I had to wait until the order arrived, then send it back.

I don't think they give you enough notice before the order is dispatched, which makes sense of course, because they just want to send you more product and charge you money. Customer service is hard work. I think the product's good, but if you're not careful, you end up with a cupboard full of it, and it's hard to deal with them. Not recommended.

Great product, enjoyed the taste and all of the extra stuff that was sent along with the monthly supply. The frother was great and definitely the most helpful thing, definitely recommend having the coldest possible water as well for when you mix in the daily supplement.

I've had a great experience with IM8. Most importantly, I feel great! IM8 has been a great addition to my health routine. Super tasty as well. Service has been excellent and the website is easy to use.

I ordered IM8 and although not for me my experience with the company was amazing. The taste was good but just a little too strong for me. That being said I have tried others and for a product with so many vitamins it was the best tasting one. The company stands by their money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied. The return process was the easiest process I’ve ever had with a company. If you are thinking about trying this I’d highly recommend you give it a shot. You’ve got nothing to loose and if it’s for you, then you’ve found yourself a great supplement.

I love this product I believe it has healed with my afternoon slumps, increases my releases energy levels all day and also improved my sleep. It doesn’t taste great and whoever tells you it does is lying. But throughout my life of trying new health benefit drinks iv found the worse they taste the better they are for you. I do love this product and will continue taking it

- IM8 delivers to Hungary, Europe; the delivery is free and fast (my package arrived one week earlier than expected), with professional package tracking (it’s all rare with other US based health related companies), all products and gifts arrived, the IM8 package design and quality is amazing, I just love it.
- The customer support works fast, client- and result-oriented, professional service, feeling fully cared about - thanks here again for all your help! :-)
- The names beyond the brand is fascinating and mean quality guarantee just themselves (all the world-known health experts, scientists and the co-founders, owners and ambassadors).
- I have health issues, my condition became better and better - felt a bit better already at the first week, than maybe in one month a bigger step with more energy and better mood; and a few days ago I started my third month and just ordering the next quaterly package. I am convinced that it works for me.
- It’s such a relief that I don’t need to spend lots of time trying to find out which food supplements, minerals, vitamins etc to choose and how to use them.
These are my main positive thoughts-experience I wanted to share with you guys. I’ve tried many and many things in my life (even when I was a professional tennis player for a decade) but I’ve never found such efficient and effective health support like IM8 products.

I am a very skeptical person and I’m always waiting to be scammed. I had been watching the advertisements on Facebook for sometime, and I decided I had nothing to lose, except for being havkex. I ordered my first. I-M-8 supply off of Amazon and decided I would try it and see if it worked before I committed to any type of a subscription. I will be honest, the first week I felt nothing. But I continue taking it faithfully. By day eight or nine, I woke up and realized I had no bags under my eyes! (I always wake up with huge bags under my eyes). I own a business with 15 employees, I work between 50 and 60 hours a week. I consume alcohol pretty much every evening, (it’s just a lifestyle or my reward for pushing forward each day) I was honestly expecting to poop my pants every day, after taking I-M-8. I thought it was a detox program.. I am 55 and used to be able to eat anything I wanted. The last few years I can’t eat, jalapeños, cabbage, certain types of lettuce, cauliflower anything raw. I would always still eat those things, but would pay for it the next morning. After week, two of the product, I would eat those things that used to bother me, and would actually have the most normal bowel movement that I’ve had in 10 years. The advertisements talked about more energy. I still feel after a week six but I’m not really feeling the energy. But the rest of the benefits are absolutely incredible! Prior to I-M-8 my hips, my shoulders, and a crazy trigger finger in my thumb would keep me awake at night and hurt me all day long. All of a sudden, I would wake up and feel great. No aches, no pains, my thumb would still lock, but there was no pain during the day. Still being skeptical, I attributed my lack of arthritis and pain to the weather changing. But it hadn’t. I went ahead and ordered the subscription through the website. I received my delivery and had no issues with my credit card being scammed, extra fees extra charges. I felt very comfortable with the company! I am at week 8, they say you will not feel the full effects until after a week 12. I honestly can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings! My physical pain is gone, no bags under my eyes, I feel like I have more patience with my employees at work, and I have lost 6 pounds. Weight loss was not necessarily my goal. But my tummy was always super bloated and I felt heavy each day. I no longer feel heaviness and wake up each morning ready to conquer the day! I still have a few weeks to go according to their schedule, but I already feel so much better! My body, my joints, my mind and my physical appearance! I’m not saying this is for everyone, but I have told all my friends and all my family! I am excited after 55 years and lots of trying other things that come across social media, that this is working for me !

6 months of using the Beckham stack product has really changed our lives for the better. More energy, better focus, less injuries - feel younger generally.

Also their customer service is excellent, there was an issue with a shortfall on my supply and they sent me the missing items quickly with no questions asked.

IM8 has been a game changer for our family. It is the first supplement that has real tangible results! Only after a few days, I noticed more energy and stamina. Not like a short lived jolt from caffeine or an energy drink, but rather at the end of the day I still feel pretty good where before IM8 I would be noticeably more tired! I was genuinely very happy with EM8 itself: I like the taste, and I also felt that I was experiencing positive effects from the product. That makes it all the more frustrating that, for me, the main issue has become the subscription and delivery model.

I travel a lot and split my time between two residences, which means I have to coordinate deliveries very carefully. Delivery times can be relatively long and difficult to predict, so I constantly have to plan orders around where I will actually be. Otherwise, there is always a risk that a shipment arrives just after I have left one location.

I would really appreciate the option to place individual orders instead of being dependent on a subscription. Unfortunately, simply cancelling and restarting the subscription later is not a practical solution either, because I would lose my original introductory conditions.

I also feel that the service around the subscription has declined. In the beginning, I received a very helpful reminder email a few days before the next order was processed. That gave me enough time to skip, postpone, or adjust the upcoming shipment if necessary. I no longer receive this advance reminder. Instead, I only get a notification once the shipment is already on its way, which is obviously too late to make any changes.

Because of all these uncertainties, and because I absolutely want to avoid missing an order or having a shipment arrive at the wrong place and time, I have now postponed my next delivery until early 2027.

Overall, this is unfortunately not a satisfactory solution for me. For someone who is always in the same place, the subscription model may work perfectly well. But for someone who travels frequently, the combination of a subscription-only model, difficult-to-predict delivery times, and the lack of a timely reminder makes the whole process unnecessarily complicated.

It is especially disappointing because I actually really like the product. I would love to see more flexibility in the ordering options and a return to the more customer-friendly service experience that was available in the beginning.

I have been taking IM8 for about a year now, I feel amazing! Much more energetic! I am 56 years young and feel IM8 helps me with energy and clarity of the brain. Their customer service is outstanding as well, everything has been shipped out on time without any issues. I highly recommend this product!

The product is overpriced for what it is.
Their subscription system is full scam - normally most subscription based products send you 48 hour notice to edit your order. Even I reached out to change my shipping address due to relocation, their customer service wasted 48 hours and still shipped my product to old address.

They just focus on upselling their low quality product with minimal to no customer service.

A very easy way to have genuine results : eight weeks in I can clearly feel the difference in energy, improvement in sleep, overall simply feeling better. Easy to be consistent with just a glass to start the day, easy to travel with and I am confident this will only get better.
