I couldn't recommend Independent Mortgages and Financial Services, and particularly Graham, enough! We have been thrilled with the services we received and Graham helped to make the whole process of sorting out a first time buyer's mortgage a breeze. He was professional, quick to respond to our questions (even over the festive period) and helped us to understand every part of the process. Rorie has Amazing customer service and invaluable experience in achieving the best possible mortgage. He makes a potentially confusing process look very simple. I have used Rorie and this company 3 times and have no reason to look else where to sort my mortgage out. I have on many occasions recommended them to friends and family.

We were looking to remortgage to remove our equity loan and it turned out to be a painful experience. We'd used Graham at Independent before so reached out for some help. Graham had patience in explaining the things we couldn't quite understand. Helped is to make the best informed decision on how to proceed and found us a great deal.

Awesome team and service. Jenny has now dealt with my mortgage as a first time buyer and also more recently porting it to a new property. You can't put a price on peace of mind and that's exactly what I have had whenever I've worked with IMAFS. Not suprised to see only 5 star ratings on here as from my experience you couldn't give anything else!
