BEST IMAGE RESIZER

BEST IMAGE RESIZER. I RESIZED 7IMAGES AS PER MY REQUIREMENT OF LESS THAN 4MB SIZE WHICH OPTION IS EASY TO USE FOR NONTECHNICAL PERSON LIKE ME ,& THAT TOO IN MINITS.WORST PART IS IT DOES NOT ALLOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR IMAGES.
