⚠️ WARNING: Predatory Pricing, Faulty Products & Toxic Service

Avoid iMagic (Charing Cross Road in London) at all costs. My experience with this shop was not just a poor transaction—it was a calculated scam involving dangerous electronics and professional misconduct.

The "Scam" Tactics:
Predatory Pricing: The shopkeeper quoted £29.99 but immediately dropped to £25 when I hesitated—a clear sign of inconsistent, dishonest pricing.

Faulty & Dangerous Goods: I was sold a power bank that failed to charge past 62% and became dangerously hot to the touch, posing a significant fire risk.

Warranty Fraud: Despite a "90-day warranty"on the receipt and "Free Returns" advertised on their website, they demanded an illegal £5 shipping fee to process a return and refused to provide a return address.

Appalling Service & Misconduct:
When I attempted to resolve the issue, the staff member was verbally abusive, manipulative, and used "stonewalling" schemes to avoid accountability. He:

-Lied about who made the sale to dodge responsibility.
-Used Gasliting techniques by claiming extreme overheating is "perfectly normal.
-Used dismissive, sexist behavior to drown out my complaints, even blaming me for a product he unboxed and installed.

Verdict:
This business is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They sell "not fit for purpose" electronics and then bully customers who seek a refund. I have escalated this matter to Trading Standards and General Product Safety regulators.

Save your money and stay safe: DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Stay away

Beware that this store won't accept returns. Purchased a USB cable less than 48 hours ago in this shop, got home and noticed the cable was too short for what I needed. Tried to return the item in perfect condition and in the box with the receipt and was told by Sam that they do not accept returns. The seller barely glanced at the box and told me I had used the item and was now wanting to return it, which is both not true and extremely rude. Awful experience overall.
