I really love this brand's collection of scents. The whole concept behind the brand is already a ton of fun, but the scents have great names and conjure/include wonderful imagery. They smell great, too, and are long-lasting compared to other scents I've tried. I love how every order comes packaged in a cute fake book and every order comes with a free sample. I love that they have loyalty rewards, and I love that they started offering a sample pack with the complete works. I got that for Black Friday 2025 and I can say that there were only one or two scents in the entire box that weren't really my thing.
I hope that O Unknown and The Cobra & The Canary will come back someday for a visit, but for now I'm stocked up on those and have plenty of other scents of theirs to keep me happy (and a ton on my wishlist lol!)

Charged twice for this product, then it was never shipped to me. They cancelled my order but only reimbursed one of the charges. Really difficult to communicate with customer service. They kept telling me my product was going to ship and after over a month passing, just cancel it without reimbursing. I wouldn’t purchase with them or be weary around scams.

Unhelpful customer service and product smell terrible and your stuck with them they have a zero return policy

I am sharing my thoughts on a sample pack of perfumes that I recently purchased for $42. While I appreciate most of the scents, I found them to be quite overwhelming. Despite washing my hands, turning on a fan, and opening a window, the perfume's aroma still lingers, which may appeal to those looking for long-lasting fragrances that can be detected from a distance. However, these scents did not suit my taste.

I bought the sample pack as I am hesitant to spend $50 or more on a single fragrance that I might not like. Opening the package, I was immediately put off by the strong smell, reminiscent of the cheap and overpowering perfume my partner and I had discussed recently. It had an odor that was loud, oppressive, and tinged with a chemical bitterness.

As I tested each perfume in the sample pack, I found that the initial scent was predominantly of alcohol when sprayed on various surfaces like an envelope, cloth, and my skin, which was quite off-putting. After settling, the fragrances turned out to be very strong with just one spray. This made me realize why some people tend towards overapplication of their perfumes. I had to wait for the alcohol smell to dissipate completely before I could gauge the true intensity of the scent on each surface.

I was surprised to learn that a full bottle of these perfumes costs $100 or more. To me, the scents seemed more suitable for those new to perfumes, and the price tag did not align with my expectations.

I ordered a full-sized bottle of one of their scents and, after a few weeks, the spray nozzle stopped working. I emailed their customer service and they promptly sent me another full-sized bottle.

Horrible first purchase experience. My order took over a week to ship when they list processing time as 1-2 business days on their site. They refused to refund shipping and just responded saying it was shipped even though I never got a notification (they shipped it the day after I inquired). Then as an “apology” they sent out an email to customers with a discount code… so I can buy and wait another week? The item came less than a week before Christmas, not helpful at all. Will not be returning, support companies like Zoologist instead that will stop accepting orders if they can’t meet deadlines
