Our Story We are Paul & Tony, we have been close friends for over 8 years now & have the beautiful luxury of being both parents & grandparents while happily married to two amazing partners who have supported us over the decades. While on holiday in mid December 2022, our first one since the global pandemic, we imagined what it would be like given all our life experience to make a difference to 1000’s of peoples lives & how we could pay forward the gift of feeling special every day. Hi Darren, thank you for your feedback. We would like to re assure you that our business operates honestly and in line with every other competition business in the market.
Before we answer we believe It is important to note that we sell in excess of 110,000 tickets in any typical month, the purchases you have made equate to 0.02% of this 110,000, which gives you an idea of the probability of you winning based on a very small number of tickets you have purchased and puts into context how others who spend significantly more increase the probability of winning.
Winners of live draws are picked using Google Random number generator - the same as other well established companies, these are held LIVE and recorded so every player can see the transparency of the process. Instant Wins competitions have the winning tickets uploaded randomly to our website and once uploaded cannot be changed. When an instant win is won the website then sends the winner an automated e mail based on their registration details telling them they have won - we cannot tamper or influence this process it it all automated. Again, this is the same as all the major competition sites.
As for the same names winning. This does happen because there are people playing significantly more meaning the odds of them winning increases this is no different to every other competition company who starts out in business, you can see this from their winners lists. However, "Luck" can move in mysterious ways, we have had players hold significant tickets into a comp and people who have only held one or two win the prize - so while playing more or holding more tickets can influence the draw, there is no guarantee.
In order to ensure players cannot "buy" too many tickets in a competition we cap the total tickets anyone can buy to just 10% of the competition so it is fair on all other players.
