Will definitely use again
I ordered laser cut card for orders of services from ImagineDIY. Helpfully Royal mail lost this order even though it was a tracked order and they refused to accept liability for this. I contacted Imagine DIY who also spoke with ROyal Mail who still refused to budge.
I ordered the card again and very helpfully the price was reduced to the offer price I had paid and next day DPD delivery was included free of charge.
I would definitely use again. The product arrived and is exactly what I wanted. Customer service was fantastic.

Amazing supportive team saving the day
The team were amazing and supportive. I ran into problems with an order from eBay for the same heart red card invitations for my sis in laws wedding and Leah and the team were brilliant as soon as I placed my order Leah and the team packed my order and had it delivered next day so I could post it all to my sister in law.
