Faulty pants
Hi
Your service was amazing and delivery quicker than expected given the Covid situation.
The pants a bought however are faulty.
The right lower leg is narrower than the left and the silver braid down the side twists around to the front. The front panel (from the knee down) is narrower than the other leg by 10mm. Clearly a manufacturing fault.
Its just a shame I live in NZ otherwise I would have returned them or exchanged them.

Fast delivery & item is as advertised
Received the item 3 days after order placement. I purchased a linen skirt - it is exactly as advertised / per the online photographs. Good quality linen fabric (no shifty swapping out of the fabric like some of the cheap overseas stores do). In summary- this store is not the cheapest out there, but it’s reasonable. You get what you pay for.

Jacket arrived- yeah! Although it took a bit longer than anticipated to be delivered, am happy with it. Normally a size 10 but glad I ordered the Large in the reversible jacket. Sleeves are long, but I always fold my sleeves up, so no problem. Thanks Imagine I look forward to wearing it.

I scored only 4 stars as the items were sent to the incorrect address however this was sorted really quickly and goods were re-sent via express post so still received in a quick timeframe
