Not delivered on time and no follow up from customer services.
I ordered on Thursday lunchtime and paid for next day delivery.
On Monday afternoon they had still not been delivered so emailed customer service.
The Items were delivered on Tuesday and no contact from customer services still.

Not clear in their ordering process
I ordered 3 bottles and instead of getting the gel pills I received 3 bottles of liquid the first of which when I opened expecting pills went all over my desy and paperwork.
Wont be rushing back which is a pity as the gels seemed to work well.

Product purchased was black seed oil , Service and delivery was good, I would have have preferred one single dose as opposed to 2 separate doses and I’m not sure if this was specified on the product info but still happy nevertheless.
