If you are looking for a creative agency to help you launch a brand from scratch, Brandifi is the company for you. I worked with them to create a logo and packaging for our tea product for our skincare company Seven Layer. Nicole Martinez and her team were very thorough throughout the process in making sure I was looped in every step on the brand building process. Their app was very convenient and easy to use when receiving files.. The app was used to communicate and track progress on different tasks/projects, which made things very easy from transparency standpoint. If you have any interest at all, I would highly recommend having a call with Nicole to get a clear understanding of your brand and what your really want. Truly want to thank Emmanuel Darko, my project manager at Brandifi for being patient with me through the process. His communication skills is a 10 and pays attention to every detail. Our company is satisfied.

Do not waste your money with this company. They charge ridiculous prices to make business owners think that you’re going to get your moneys worth. They use their best work on their social media but when you book with them it’s nothing like that. When I had questions about services that I already paid for, my questions were either ignored or they used it as a way to get me to spend more money with them. Now I have to spend even more money to hire someone else to fix what Brandifi did.

Before working with Brandifi, I followed them on Instagram for a while. I decided to sign up to work with them to rebrand my business (brand identity, logo, packaging, product labeling, etc.) I was selected as a V.I.B and started my process with Patrina. She throughly explained everything to me, gave me her suggestions, and then some! I did my branding call (intro and final) with Nicole and she was phenomenal. Most importantly she listened, then she asked tons of questions, gave valuable feedback and book recommendations which allowed me to gain a greater understanding of the branding process. Emmanuel was great during the logo production process. He was extremely patient and his response time was rapid. However, I was informed midway through my process that Brandifi was making some changes in the company and I would be affected by those changes asap. As a business owner myself, I completely understood the business changes but I did feel like the new policy should apply to incoming clients and not existing clients. Therefore, as a result of those changes implemented I was not able to complete the task discussed in the beginning of the process. So now I'm inconvenienced because I have to find another company/designer to work with.

I’ve been following Brandifi for about a year and I love that they provide an easy explanation on what it means to “Brand” your business outside of just the pretty things like website and logo designs. I am rebranding and decided to purchase a coaching session first and then once I was ready I made rhe purchase on my logo design. The process was easy and they made it easy to communicate back and forth. They have a VIB customer for life. I am really looking forward to my website design and other designs by Brandifi.

Emmanuel and the whole team were absolutely splendid to work with. They really brought my visions to life and executed in a timely manner. They made sure to always ask for clarification when needed and were always available for questions and advice.

Every person I communicated with was always polite & cheerful. The tone on each call was always the same , WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!. All my concerns were addressed and most importantly I became educated in the process of building my logo and king as able to choose a logo that best fit my brand.

My experience wasn't terrible, however, I expected my project to turn out differently. Going through this process has taught how to plan and explain my vision in a way that others will understand. Emmanuel (Project Manager) remained professional the entire time. Thank you.

I want to thank the Brandifi team for making my vision a reality. At first, I did not know where to go to find a logo and I then saw their work on their Instagram. I contacted them and they got back to me quickly. After this, that is where the magic happened! They listen to what I wanted and completely provided me with a logo better than I had imagined.
