Ordered an exhaust for a Mercedes off this company on the 15th of March, had a phone call from one of the chaps the following day to inform me that the company they were getting it from didn’t have any available and it would be about 2 1/2 weeks until they did so do I want a refund or to continue with the order, so I continued with the order, very happy that I did as it was delivered this afternoon 26th so I have no complaints at all and would deal with this company again.

A really poor company with regards to customer service - i bought a kit for my rs5 b9 - rdx design which didnt line up correctly nor was the quality of the parts satisfactory. then they scammed me and rejected my postal order for the return and wouldnt refund my money. avoid at all costs.

They don’t respond to emails and are basically connartists. The website descriptions do not match the goods. Really low quality bodge cheap kits. Buy cheap buy twice you’ve been warned. Poor show

I usually don't write reviews, but I thought this time I should.

I have ordered rear bumper from this website for my Subaru, which looks really great - on the pictures.

I can't say how it looks like in real, as this order hasn't been processed after a month's time.

I don't have a problem waiting for an item to arrive, but I would appreciated being told that the delivery will be delayed.

I have contacted the support via Email and the web form 3 times now, and haven't had a reply yet.

I tried ordering something from them previously, same item, but then the order was canceled after a few days as they didn't have the part in stock, even though the websites said otherwise. The money was refunded, it took around 25 days for this, but I guess I can't blame the website for that, but rather my bank and PayPal.

Still, overall terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it, even though the website has great parts listed.

If you are still going to purchase something from them, I recommend contacting them first and checking the availability, as waiting that's long for a refund is a hassle.

I tried calling them today from Denmark, and they answered..
They agreed to either i send it back (for my own money tho, which is alot from DK) or they pay most of the price for a bodyshop to fix it.

So at least they aren't totally ignoring me..

And that they want to pay a bit for the fix, shows that they want the best for their customers.

I am happy they want to help.

I bought a carfront from these guys, and when i got it home and got it to a bodyshop, I found out that it was 6cm to wide! They said it wouldn't fit on the original fitment-points on the car without cutting it in half! And the product on the site clearly states that it fits onto original fitment-points.

I had questions in the beginning, and they answered those, but after i said it wouldn't fit.. no answer.
I tried sending them 4 mails over a week, and still no answer.
Their website says they will answer in about 24H..

Is this the way to treat customers??

I suggest you DON'T buy from these guys! I lost about £400 on this.

I'm gonna continue the fight for this until i get a refund or i get a front that fits!
