They don't care if you're KYC'd while you're depositing, but as soon as you try withdrawing, they request it

It’s a cool casino. It has a lot of slots and other games to choose from. Customer service is quick to help. Haven’t redeemed yet but when I do, I’ll review again.

Very concerning experience with Immerion.

After not playing for around 2–3 months and without submitting any withdrawal request, I suddenly received a KYC email stating that my withdrawal was paused pending verification.

Shortly after, I received an almost identical KYC email from another casino (Ybets), despite never having an account there.

Ybets later confirmed in writing that:

no account exists under my email;

the email was sent in error.

Immerion later also admitted that there were no withdrawal requests on my account and that the information in their original email was inaccurate.

This raises serious concerns regarding inaccurate account communications and the handling/processing of personal data.

After I raised these concerns and requested a refund, my account was closed.

Very disappointing experience and complete loss of trust.

UPDATE 1: Another day passed, no completion of withdrawal, no response on email. 1 star down :)

UPDATE 2: They now require KYC

UPDATE 3: Going back and forth with verifications. Will upgrade to 5 stars once KYC is completed and funds are withdrawn.
Might have to go down to 1 star if this takes longer than anticipated.

UPDATE 4: They are stalling with continuous verifications. First they needed ID and selfie, then they needed a clearer selfie even though it was taken with an iphone 17 pro max (can't get any better quality than that) then they needed IBAN confirmation. Let's see what's next

UPDATE 5: They've completed verification so I requested again withdrawals. It's been 24 hours already so let's see when the funds will arrive

Is a scam. They don't pay. They say between 24h and 72h for withdraw but in reality they don't pay nothink. I was hopping that after 72h they will pay but nothing happen.

They don't let me close my account.

I've been trying since 2025 to close my account but they wont let me. This 'company' is a joke!

Trying to withdraw my winnings what feels imposible first your limited to only withdraw 1000 a day then got put on a que and after 24hours i get an email saying i need to verify my account i sent everything they asked me and then silence no answer owfull owfull service

Don’t bother playing here it’s nothing but problems, with deposits , and somethings the site will just vanish of the face of the earth for a couple of weeks. Very shady. Was promised a bonus then refused to honor bonus even when their own chat said I was supposed to. When questioned they “escalated” issue then immediately ended chat.
