Scam company
Scam company, sent several thousands of dollars for documents to be notarized and they refused to send me the documents and laughed at me over the phone when I pressed them on the subject. They keep calling me from private numbers asking me for more money.

I had an overall okay experience
I had an overall okay experience. The communication and reply time was excellent. However, in terms of payments and additional offers, the service got a little rude when denying immediate agreement. Further, I didn't like making a payment and giving away my IBAN via phone call.
‼️‼️SCAM WARNING‼️‼️
So it starts all promising. They are proactive at first and quick on the emails and calls. But once you have paid for the service they will stop replying to emails and cut all contact.
My journey with IMMI NET started a year ago.
They told me that my case was being handled by Atash law firm in New York.
After speaking with Atash law they informed me that they have not received anything for my case and no payment.
I have paid $5,000 to IMMI NET and received zero services for it.
I have my emails from day one and all transactions. I have sent everything to my lawyer and we are opening a law suit against this apparent company for a full refund and $20,000 in stress and damages plus lawyers fees.
A year waisted and now I am doing the immigration visa paperwork myself, it’s pretty straight forward and costs around $600.
Do not waste your time speaking with this company. I will also be reporting them to a cyber crime department and fraud team.
Hope this helps someone.
Thanks

Scam company
I gave my hope and my savings to this company to follow my goal to Canada but nothing happened. They told me to wait 6 months to 1 year for processing for PR.
They also suggested that I should take an academic course for 3500$ but I said no. I choose to wait because I think 2000$ that I paid for this company is my savings. I chose to trust them because she is a very understanding person but now I am sorry that I trusted this company and this woman. You think other people have fake information but not for me. This is real and I was robbed by this company all my retirement savings and my trust. Don't trust this company because I am so naive. Immi Net can not be delivered your pathway to Canada. Don't give them any money.
Scam visa company
This company operates dishonestly and aims to extract money from individuals by providing false information and an easy visa application process. Once money is paid, they stop communicating and do not provide any services. I advise against giving any money to this company, as they are fraudulent and have taken advantage of me by promising a quick US green card process, collecting payment, and then failing to deliver on their promises. They changed representatives and continued to ask for more money without even starting my application. When I refused to pay more, they cut off communication entirely. I attempted to contact them, but the provided phone number is no longer in service. Despite requesting a refund, I have received no response. In conclusion, I strongly urge others not to engage with this organization, as they are a scam.

Committed and Dedicated to Customer Service
I had submitted documentation to Imminet during 2022. When I was phoned in about April, I could not really make head or tail of what the consultant was saying and telling me. In Dec 2022 Leonard White from Texas, picked up on my application and called me. His explanations were clear and descriptive. He has remained in constant contact, always responded to emails a.s.a.p.and has gone the extra mile in many ways to try to assist us with our application and by providing concise information.
Leonard is an asset to Imminet, is prepared to work nights to contact clients abroad. He definitely goes the extra mile and I'm sure he will help us get what is needed for our entry to the US.
It is a pleasure dealing with Leonard. Imminet needs more like him
I TRUST IN THIS SOCIETY
I am very satisfied by the services needed
Anglish courses
Apostille and Translation
Now I am dealing with the job research, before preparing the interview
I get always answers, when a question flashes my mind
Many thanks to IMMINET

Don't trust these SCAMMERS!! They took over 11k from me promising to help with a family visa then stopped answering calls and emails! When I wrote a bad review they finally got in touch but only to threaten legal action and try to intimidate me! They are an elaborate SCAM they have contracts and different departments and lots of fake reviews but in the end it's all lies!!
Scam
Scam! Avoid! the green card lottery is FREE !! All positive reviews are fake.

I've paid them $1500 being told that…
I've paid them $1500 being told that everything will be done with that price. Ends up they only enter you into the lottery (which is FREE).
$1500 for something I could've done for free, lying, refusing refund by saying that the service has been done. Refusing deleting my personal info until I say that the service has been done. The service wasn't done, your 'agent' that I first talked to lied to me just to try and get more money out of me a couple months after absolutely NO contact and no replying.
If you're actually a real company (which I doubt you are, since the green card lottery page says they're not affiliated with anyone) then you should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking money from people wanting to change their lives, lying to them then trying to suck more money from them. Shameful. Don't trust them.

Do not trust.
Since sending the requested documents and CV I have not heard anything back, I have called numerous times and sent repeated emails. I now just want to get in touch regarding a refund.

Took $13 000 from me with no service
They said that if I paid them $9 000 they would guarantee me winning the diversity lottery and that didn’t happen. After that the head guy Mark Cross called me and said that they’ll have it reviewed by the state department it is now Aug 19 and I haven’t heard a word from him. Then they had a guy by the name of James Spectre tell me he’d work on getting me an O1 visa before August, I paid an extra $4 000 for that. Now he totally ignores my text messages and phone calls and when you try to call Immi-net no one picks up. No one replies to my emails and all of sudden everyone has gone quiet. Be careful dealing with them.

STEER CLEAR - FAKE FRAUD SCAM BUSINESS!!
People please be aware to stay away from this company. They are a complete scam. I was at first in contact with NIKKI SMITH, MIA SIMPSON and then MARK CROSS.
I am from Ireland and have always wanted to work and in live in the states. In the past I applied for the FREE DV Lottery draw, but was unsuccessful. Last summer, I came across an ad for this company on Instagram, and was intrigued with how they could help me get a green card. I went through the application and there was a fee of about $30, I didn't think much of this and then I got word about sending over copies of my documents to complete the process and so I did. However, I then start to get emails about a subscription fee which in total costs $2775.00. I could not believe it and they had already taken $467 out of my account before I even knew it. I contacted them to cancel but they did not give me the money back. Then I get a phonecall from a Mark Cross saying this is a fee for the application process, but the website fails to mention it at all. Mark tells me the results will come out in May and we will move forward from there with interview steps for securing a Visa. However, when May 7 2022 arrives, i hear nothing and get in touch to ask about the results. Mark phones me again to say the results are postponed to October 2022 because of the Ukraine refugee crisis. I ask for details of proof that this is the offical response from the government, but Mark then changes his repsonse to say the applicaiton has actually been rejeceted and that I must apply again. I can see other people have been conned out of their money by this scam site and it's ridiculous to see that Trust pilot is allowing all these fake reviews to pop up giving them five stars which is so wrong. They are frauds and I don't want anyone else to fall for this. I am still fighting to get my money back but MARK CROSS or whatever his name is continues to deny me my refund. They did no work, I don't think they ever put my details through what I assume is simply the 'free to apply for' DV lottery program. I feel so hurt and let down. BE AWARE PEOPLE do not trust MICHELLE OR IMMI-NET. THEY ARE FAKE FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Be AWARE Worst experience with a service…
Worst experience with a service company, Mark Cross agreed to refund me after I wanted to withdraw then he deposited 50% back onto my credit card immediately this was en of Jan 2022, he made numouroise commitments which I have on email to say he will pay me the other 50%. I am currently paying interest on the money and paying on it, total dishonesty, stay away. I confirmed with my bank in South Africa that no deposit was made as per Mark's commitment and he insist the payment was made. Please be careful I am suffering financially now because of this and it is not fair!
See below proof of my concern, I sent Mark my bank reports for Imminet and the second payment is not showing.
Dear Deon,
I did check 3 times. The information I have is that the payment has been done. With your post on Trustpilot, I can not do too much for you as it damages the company`s image.

I think you need to relook with your bank as the AR number is not the same as my credit card?
My Card is Nedbank South Africa card no:
I am extremely discipointed as Marc Cross committed to give me a refund confirming on email a AI has been done and still I have not received the agreed refund after confirming today with my bank this where Mark promised me the refund for two months now. This was done on my credit card so it makes me struggle now. I wish I could write a positive review but this is the honnest truth. My trust in Mark and Imminet is broken.
I got a reply saying a ARN was done and the refund was done but only 50% of the refund was done maybe Imminet is confused with the ARN as my Bank confirmed only 50% was deposited. It can't be difficult as Marc Cross has my credit card number and the bank name to confirm what I say. Quick to deduct but slow to refund as agreed full refund not 50%, I am suffering as this was done with my credit cars and I can't afford all the interest that is now being paid by me as it is almost 16 Rands to 1 US Doller.
I will now escelate this to the US EMBASSY...
The money was not paid into my card only the first payment, the ARN means nothing if the payment does not reflect...

Hi,I'm Jerry Asare I've been scammed by this imminet. I filled the initial form for my daughter for American working visa and paid the fee. I was later contacted by one of their agents by name Veronica Watson with an Indian accent who explained the process to me and asked me to pay administrative charges of $500 which i did on the 1st of April. After making the payment till today 4th of May 2022, this Veronica Watson has ceased replying my emails. So you people should be very careful with their dealings. I can confidentiality say that all these positive reviews are FAKE.
I payed 5.000 $ and nothing happens.
I payed 5.000 $ for registration and nothing happens after that.
Waiting till May 7th of government decision.
Got just invoice, registration number,
a lot of simple information mails.
Personal contact just telephon calls, no mails. Calls from somewhere with someone.
I am german. That's unusual for me.
