It took from me 70 $ for a visa to Nepal and the I had to do everything again. It just does a funny application for the visas.

For visas
This platforms doubles your visa application costs, read the rules for refunds as it states they will not refund you unless you visas been declined. I waited 3 weeks for my visa, I had to pull strings through family contacts to have my visa approved. Visa cost was $50 they charged €115 just for you to do in the countries government website.
I've asked for a refund, as if I didn't call favours with friend my visa would not have been approved and I would of missed my £2000 flight.
Terrible customer service, no customer protection and 6 day visa return is a lie.

this will be 1st and last time to deal…
this will be 1st and last time to deal with them. i didn't know i don't have to have K ETA for my family trip to Korea this year. I heard I needed to have visa but later I found I didn't have to.
2 things that i would share. 1st I didn't know they are 3rd party agent. and they asked me credit card detail in the middle of process not in the end. Once i found all this and i didn't finish process,
I requested money back and they obviously would not get me whole money back. It is my bad that I did not check more but I would share my mistake not to happen to you.
