Overall, we had a great experience — the company played a major role in helping us secure the UK Global Talent visa (Exceptional Talent route).

A few things to keep in mind:
• If you go with the “regular” service, expect a fairly formal, process-heavy experience. It can feel bureaucratic and inefficient — similar to a low-cost visa agency — with lots of forms and limited personal engagement.
• They also offer a “premium” service, which is much closer to what you’d expect as a baseline: direct communication, a more hands-on approach, and significantly less friction.
• The overall outcome depends heavily on the case lead you get. We initially had a poor experience — things stalled for months with little progress. That changed completely once we were assigned another case lead. She was highly experienced, proactive, and focused. Over a couple of months, we worked closely to identify stronger angles, improve positioning, and surface additional evidence. The end result was a well-structured application that got approved on the first attempt and we were very happy about the process.

Bottom line: stay actively involved from day one, give continuous feedback, and don’t hesitate to push for a better case lead if things aren’t moving. Otherwise, the experience can easily end up mediocre.
