From the start, our team provided continuous support. The primary delay was related to obtaining mandatory documents from the university, which is beyond the control of any consultancy. Universities generally do not respond to third parties without a Power of Attorney. Despite this limitation, we still contacted the university ourselves and arranged additional third-party assistance while you were overseas.
During the process, our case manager also recommended exploring Australia as an alternative option, where the probability of success was significantly higher based on your profile. A detailed roadmap and guidance were shared; however, this option was not accepted by you, and we proceeded as per your preferred direction.
We also successfully supported your spouse’s WES process. Later, when the required IELTS score could not be achieved to lodge the EOI, progress was impacted by factors unrelated to our service delivery.
Although the challenges faced were outside our scope of responsibility, we still provided an 80% refund as a goodwill gesture, reflecting our commitment to fairness and transparency.
