The staff Chanelle was very very friendly! And thank you really for your time. Am happy! And the pictures of house, was real pictures. I have visited other house's, by other immo but the are not the same when see it in real life. But with immofracois it was real. And in a month, everything was ok. 👍👍👍

When I arrived in Belgium from overseas, it was so difficult to find a home, especially as a British/Canadian national. Eventually it became urgent, and I asked for support from many agencies. Candice Strubbe at Immo Francois was the only agent that helped me out, found me a place, offered many suggestions, and even supported that I could move in quickly and on time.

I was so lucky to have Candice as my agent, and I am so thankful for her help. The home that I could choose is very nice and the support from Candice, even after I moved into the apartment, was always there. Thank you so much Candice! We had a meet to see two houses with Louis from the knokke office. He was very helpful, informed and friendly. He was able to fit us in for a last minute viewing of a place, which was really great and saved us some time too! I was especially pleased with the email that I received after agreeing on the viewing time notifying me of a Google calendar event created by Immo François for our appointment. I really liked this touch and found it highly professional.
Within two hours of the viewings I was sent the extra information that I had requested about the properties, this was also a great service.
Overall pleased with the experience and as our search remains active I will be using them I'm the future.
