We agreed with the company to move my belongings from Istanbul to Dortmund. They do not take responsibility for their work, they lost my packages. Everything was fine at the beginning, the packaging and disassembly of my belongings were smooth, the craftsmen packed them carefully. However, the rest of the process was very bad. They took an extra payment during delivery. I did not mind this and paid. They made me pay anyway, they do not offer you a choice. The manners are really bad. The logistics side was a complete disaster. They brought my belongings broken and did not cover the damage. I had many belongings in my lost boxes and they were important and valuable to me. They placed them incorrectly during the assembly service and damaged my furniture more while moving. They do not respond when we send messages. I am very sorry to work with this company, it was far below my expectations.

After our 3-year Turkeyadventure, we agreed with imove transport to have our belongings transported back to USA. They managed the entire process perfectly, moved the items to our home in Houston and completed the service. I definitely recommend it..
