This was some weeks ago I have e-mailed you that it was the post office delivery that was at fault, the parcel was taken back to sorting office but no slip put through door, I terefor did not know anything about it

ICOMP INK CARTRIDGES, Very Very Poor service!
I ordered 4 HP 100 Grey Ink Cartridges on 21st July using PayPal. On 26th July queried delivery and was told "Due for dispatch today" 9th August queried again and was told "Sorry for the delay with this order, Due to a system error with our new website the order was missed. I have put a new order on your system for you, this will be dispatched tomorrow" 20th Aug after no delivery queried again. No reply and the next thing I knew was I had been refunded my money to PayPal with no message of explanation or reason.
I now doubt that they had it in stock in the first place. very poor customer service, answering machine phone number.
Would not touch again with a barge - pole!
