I worked with Ethan when I started with IFCA. Ethan was fantastic during my time going through the process. He was detailed orientated, thoughtful, excellent communicator, and a great guy overall. It made my time with IFCA very enjoyable to go through. I made big strides with my coaching business with Ethan's help and IFCA's framework compared to other coaching companies. I highly recommend IFCA and try to get Ethan as a coach!

I came to IFCA because I needed help streamlining my health coaching business I had built from the ground up, but more than that I needed help understanding how I could be a mom of 3, run a successful business, and still create my own schedule that promoted a good work/life balance. I can honestly say IFCA has done all the above. They have reached into my business and helped me understand sales and data, programs and systems that save time and make sense, and provided me with a coach (Leslie) who is also a working mom and understands the importance of work/life balance.

I was a mom just hoping to be success in my passion whenever I had the chance and lucky if I brought in $2k a month - now after only 4 months in IFCA- I am consistently making $10k months!!

IFCA Accelerator and my success coach Leslie helped me take what was once just an idea living in my head and turn it into an actual reality. I started from scratch with no experience coaching or any knowledge of business whatsoever. A few months in, I haven’t even officially launched my program yet, and over the last 2 weeks alone I’ve had over 30 people submit a coaching application wanting to work with me. That doesn’t even include the messages I received asking for more info.

I did this all while working full time as a travel ICU RN. The way everything is organized it’s so easy to follow at your own pace without getting overwhelmed or caught up in things that don’t matter yet. I had such limited time that I needed to be productive and work efficiently in the time I did have to put towards my business and IFCA is the only reason I was able to do that. There is a tremendous amount of value here with so many really knowledgeable people available to help along the way in addition to your coach.

Don’t get me wrong, you still have to do the work and put the effort in. No one in IFCA (or any mentorship) can do the work for you, that is your responsibility. However, if this is something you’re serious about and are willing to put the effort in, you can absolutely trust that you are in good hands with the IFCA team. You will be successful if you follow the plan and stick to it. It really is that simple.

I have years of sales and fitness experience but I was struggling and wasting time trying to figure out the online space. From the moment I started with IFCA I felt supported! Honestly wasn’t worth it. We had to switch coaches in the middle of our program and then our first coach wasn’t even a good mentor. Paying that much I would expect an excellent mentor in becoming a business owner. Wasn’t that at all, poor investment unfortunately. Did help get a business up and running though.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars (would give 4.5 if i could) was because I did not find this program to fully align with my values but this had nothing to do with my mentor as he was great to work with!!

Think you know it all? You don’t. That’s why you need to sign up for IFCA. The level of experience that they have is unmatched. I was coached by Ethan and I’m not the same person anymore. New skills learned, better habits in place, with sales/marketing strategies that convert followers into buyers. Invest, follow the steps and see success.

This program is fine but not great for unrestricted businesses. I understand taking the coaching function away after your contract period, but they remove aLo access, including the trainings you pay an arm and a leg for. In addition, I got a couple helpful coaching sessions but those were few and far between.

They are very organized and quick to answer questions. Your coach will always meet you where you are at and give you things to focus on that you need for your business. I liked this because in other groups you are just all over the place trying to stay organized. When you have focused organization, you can grow more efficiently.

I’ve been working with IFCA and my coach Robbie for 6 months, and they’ve truly delivered on their promises. They gave me the tools and education I needed to grow my business, and Robbie’s friendly, approachable, and uplifting coaching style kept me motivated every step of the way.
