Can’t say enough great things about how well the IFCA runs its coaching. I’m only about halfway into my coaching, and have already seen results from what I’ve learned so far. My success coach Crystal has been incredible! I’m someone who is nervous to try anything new and scared to ask questions, but she made me feel so comfortable asking whatever I wanted. She adapted her coaching around what I needed for the week, whether that was some daily hand holding, or just checking in once in awhile to make sure I was doing ok. But whenever I had questions she was always there to answer. I wish I found the IFCA sooner and had the courage to jump into online training! The way they do everything from the onboarding to the systems is top tier and I can’t recommend them enough. Trust the process, trust the IFCA!

Before joining IFCA, my business felt like organized chaos. I was wearing all the hats, running everything manually, and constantly second-guessing myself. I knew I had something special, but I was stuck in the day-to-day with no real systems, support, or structure to grow sustainably.

Before committing to IFCA I was just as hesitant as most I am sure. Being a stay at home mom I wasn't sure how much I wanted my business to grow nor how to grow it, but I also needed it to.
