The whole process of using the website is pleasant. When encountering problems, the staff can always give the most timely and perfect solutions. I am very happy to have such a pleasant experience shopping on this site for the first time.

The mail packaging has only one layer of plastic bags, which contains clothes directly inside, and there is no extra layer of protection. The packaging bag sent over has been broken, which will contaminate the clothes inside.So can you use another layer of packaging in the box next time? After all, the postage we pay is not cheap.

Best website for vintage, the selection is beautiful, prices are great, the client service is amazing, the pieces are shipped quickly, and always look like the pictures. As a french i love that it's only from French sellers, so it's local. My favorite vintage store to shop!

Good. The package could be better.

I have been shopping from Imparfaite since 2018. Not even once, I had a delivery issue or a quality issue. Their agents are always available and if not you can leave a word and they will get back to you. They have an excellent curated section of vintage treasures that never go out of style. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for designer pieces for less or one-of-a-kind vintage pieces.

The photos aren't always faithful and I fail to estimate the size of pieces

I bought a skirt and a blazer and they are both wonderful.
The only probleme is that they took 3 weeks to arrive.
Service client was anyway the best, really nice and ready to help!

I love your concept, clothes and everything! The time between ordering and shipment could have been a bit shorter !

Great customer service and fast shipping! Love the jeans

I was very disappointed by at least one of the two articles that I bought. The lining was in a poor state and the coat needed a good professional cleaning. This is a very expensive and delicate operation. No wonder the prices on Imparfaite are so low... But it's my fault, I should have guessed ...
Also, both articles smelled very old and badly kept, as if they had just come out of my grandmother's cave.
I will unfortunately have to forget about Imparfaite. Dommage !

I stumbled across this site thanks to an Instagram ad. For once the algorithm worked as this has since become my favourite site and go to for all my vintage purchases. Every item I’ve purchased has been precious, unique and as described. Bring from the UK, it’s great to have a wider selection of vintage goods. Looking at the site is literally my most fun thing to do. When I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been super helpful. 5/5 for this site.
