Mr C. Thankey and his staff are always friendly, polite and welcoming, with drinks being offered on arrival. There are also mints and chocolates on offer while sitting in comfy chairs, waiting for your appointment. This all makes for a very relaxed atmosphere.
All details of the Financial Business are explained in a way that I can understand, with simple words being used. There is never a problem with going over certain details until fully understood.
