The price-to-quality ratio of the products seems exaggerated to me. The selection of fabrics and colors is not very varied, nor is the range of styles. For example, the slip/brief model is always undervalued compared to boxers.

The customer support was the worst
The customer support was the worst! They are not reachable. They need at least two weeks to answer and the problem is still not solved. If you need a return or refund of your products, you can wait weeks! I will never order something at impetus again!

Experience was awful
Experience was awful, no email confirmation for orders, when package received unfortunately it wasn't the right size, I returned it, again no email, sent a message to the support team that weren't very reactive, when the package finally got picked up it took about 3-4 days for them to receive it, it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from them
