Professional and quick

Impressed with Matt from the moment I spoke to him. I rang the day I ordered my car and had an appointment for fitting my Ohme Home Pro charger before my car was due. On the day of fitting Matt called after finishing his previous job to let me know he was on the way. The fitting was extremely neat and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Having spent what feels like ages to pick an EV charger and installer at the right price we came across Impra charge.

Matt gave us a price and I thought that can't be right, surely not that cheap for everything. But it was.

The wife said the installer was very polite and professional, so they must be good if she says that 🤣

Came home tonight and the installation was complete, nice and neat and ready to save some pennies.

Extremely impressed with the whole experience of getting my EV charger installed. Particularly when compared with my attempts to get the same thing done through my energy supplier.

Matt came out in person to look over the cabling route, explained what needed to be done and quoted for the whole job (digging, moving paving as well as wiring everything up). He turned up at the agreed day and time and went above and beyond to get the work completed to a very high standard despite some unavoidable setbacks.

If you've been told by other companies that your planned charger location or cabling route is too complicated for them, I would definitely recommend you give Impra Charge a call.

Great Comms and no hidden extras, little disappointed in the quality of trunking being fitted as just not level and also no corners or angles used, but the final product of the a charger and it's functionality outweighs the negative regarding this

Fitter within days of the quotation given.

Matt contacted us regarding install of ev charger and explained the process and information required for install.
Daniel phoned and booked appointment date for installation and our engineer would be Connor.

Connor arrived prompt and was very professional and polite. Explained the process of the installation and the power would need to be switched off for a short period of time. After completion Connor was a considerate tradesman. He cleaned up and left our property clean and tidy.
