I bought my masks online exactly one week ago - i am still waiting any notification to say my order has been fulfilled or even despatched. If there are delays for whatever reason then i would hope an email/message would have arrived but still im waiting
I received my masks I like the print on them that’s my logo but the mask is not very good won’t last long I payed £26 for 4 which I could get them cheaper and better Quality, Very if Lindsey found the ears looks like they could break easy no I’m not happy with them I can’t recommend this company at the moment and if you do something for me then I might
This is the first time I have used the company, I found it very difficult to get hold of anyone. I tried calling phone line always engaged & when I sent several emails it took a long time to get a reply. I was pleased with the masks & they were sent out quickly via post once they were made. Overall I would use again in the future but maybe a quicker response to emails would keep customers more informed of what was happening with their orders.
