I've worked with ImprintDigital.com twice now on wildly different projects, and I can confirm that their high standard of quality applies not only to simpler prints, but also larger books with all the bells and whistles! It's been a pleasure every time, and at this point, I hesitate to consider going anywhere else.

I've used Imprint for four book print runs now - and I'm even more impressed today then I was with my first order. I don't think I've ever been as happy with a business as I am with these guys. Always spectacularly helpful and easy to work with, brilliant quality, quick turnaround and delivery times, and they'll always go an extra mile to help you.

Imprint Digital have a customer for life in me, and if you're considering giving them a try (especially if you're an indie author) I would highly highly recommend.

Everything from my initial enquiry to the printing process was explanted. Imprint actually went further that they should have I think in the process, A special mention for Louise who was so helpful. The service and turnaround was fast and efficient. I Could not say a bad thing about this company. Simply excellent, the easiest 5 stars I have ever had to give. Thank you the Imprint team.

Imprint Digital is the best! They really are a relationship based company, I have been working with Bobby and he has helped my business immensely with defining my brand and telling my story, video production and marketing. My experience with Imprint Digital was fantastic, they are highly recommended! On Thursday 31 August 2023 I made inquiries about getting 260 perfect bound books printed, the price was very competitive, £2.16 each, so I placed my order and uploaded my file. Evie answered all my questions quickly, which was very reassuring, after all you are communicating a few hundred miles apart. The next day, Friday 1 September, she sent me a photo of the front cover which had to be tweaked a bit, and twenty-four hours later, Saturday, I received a proof copy. Well, I was stunned, the speed with which Imprint Digital handled my order was almost magic! And I was impressed with the proof copy, it looked great: shiny cover, the photo colours were perfect, the title and my name on the spine, and the paper was high quality; the whole book looked classy, not cheap. Very professional! In other words, the book was perfect, just the way I had imagined it to be. On Monday 4 September, after making a few corrections, I uploaded the updated file and a few hours later I received my invoice. I made a bank transfer right away, and the next day, Tuesday 5 September, Imprint Digital started the print run. Today 20 September, two weeks later, I received my 260 books an hour ago, plus two extra copies (thanks). Needless to say, I am utterly impressed with the experience! I must also add that the books were very well packaged with air cushions on the sides to absorb shocks. And all of this started with my accidentally bumping into their very clear and helpful website and their easy to use quote calculator. Before the bumping, I had been searching on the internet with utter despair, and then suddenly Imprint Digital popped up on my screen and it proved to be an oasis on the internet desert. (follow up on my last review) Well after only a few Days I had my books delivered the quality and presentation is very high and a fantastic service from start to finish I would like to thank David and his team for the very speedy delivery for me. I ordered a 200 copy run and on getting them on Monday morning this week have sold 140 pre orders. looks like ill be ordering more after our festival , thank you

Wow, seriously blown away with our first order of books. The team was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and I love that they sent us a physical proof in advance so we could check it over. The final result was stunning and had us all buzzing with excitement. Highly recommend and will use again.

Over ten years Imprint Digital's team always provide a great service - their books are good quality and produced for a really fair price - and most recently they went above and beyond to meet a really tight deadline.

ImprintDigital have been printing my three books on Venice for the past two years. These are A5 glossy books, hardback and paperback, full of photographs. The quality of their work is amazing and has been much commented on and admired. No-one can compete. Whilst my books are not cheap to print, I would not go anywhere else.
