Unscrupulous and terrible company. Seven months on and still our driveway remains unfinished. The quality of workmanship is appalling and shoddy. Regrettably we paid in advance at their request (huge mistake I know), despite multiple messages and our complaint in a letter and by email, we haven’t heard a thing from them since. No customer care or pride in their work. The owner of Imprinted Concrete Driveways offered to refund some of our money due to the issues and poor quality of work. That was months ago and clearly he has no intention of honouring that promise. Unsurprisingly. He is also behind The Patterned Concrete Driveway Co and Cleanadrive, all based in Whitley Bay. We have been in contact with other local driveway companies to get quotes on how to rectify the issues with our driveway which cost £5,500 and is less than a year old. It’s so disappointing to be treated in this way.

This company has made a horrendous mess of our driveway. If I could award minus stars then I would. If I could attach pictures then potential customers would not be potential any more.
