Think twice, and don't buy!
We lost lot of money and we got nothing! We chose this because we were told that Imprintnext would get coming features for production management and sales and marketing ready in month and this was year ago. Than one month, two months, three months and half year went and those were not ready. Promises after promises.
We needed many customizations and we trusted the company so we started project and paid in advance per milestones. We were shown how project was going but we didn´t see concrete progress and when deadline came we had very big problems. Our site got hacked. It happened little right after they made some installations. It was right in our high season and our live site was not working for one week. So we lost lot of sales also and workhours. Our own developer said that there is big security issues and bugs in their software. We hired security expert and made report for them and all what they answered was that this kind of things has never happened with other customers so it is not their fault. But I haven´t ever had this kind of problems either.
After nine months we didn't get this ready and working. Last months we didn't get enough help and answers. I feel that they might not have own developers because they didn't want our developer to talk straight to their developer. It went so difficult that we needed to cancel project and ask refund. After cancelation I have tried to get contact but I get NO answers. They have worst customer service I have ever had!
I hope I could have this kind of feedback to read year ago and I would never started project with them. I hope this helps someone else to find better option.

Edit after Imprint reply
You write that happy client is your top priority, but your actions are far away from you written priorities. After we had to pull up plug from this project, your company haven't done anything to have conversation to give refund. I have written multiple emails and haven't got answers. It looks like you are not interested what kind of bad reputation you get operating like this.
About your highlights, we had few meetings per milestone with your team, where I was told that this is done now, but we never saw anything actually working because whole system was not totally working. You said that it was ready to be used on our Magento site. We didn't have Magento, but we had Opencart. Little after you installed Imprint to our Opencart site it got serious security issues and site got hacked and also our live site at that moment couldn't operate properly for week. We lost lot of money and we needed to look our project again. Than we decided to change platform and we had conversations with you and our developer. I understood that it would be possible and our developer used one month to develop interface, but we could not get answers from you. Questions got week or to two to answer and you didn't let our developer talk straight to your developer? Our time for this project ended and we needed to shut down it with you. Now we have waited 4-5 months for answers to refund. Because you lied that additional features will be ready on time and that was the reason to buy from you. I am expecting full refund for software licenses, and part of the customization. Everything was not ready and we have paid also extra development what never started.
You have to have some actions to support your top priorities!

Edit 2 after Imprint reply
About you comment about our site got hacked. You are wrong in your reply. You were first developing in sub domain and when your developer installed ImprintNext to our other main site (.com), which was clean install of Opencart, that site got hacked and because our all sites were in same cpanel account the problem spread to all sites. Your efforts to restore our site was only that you advised to take third party security service. Which we paid. How you managed these very big issues didn't leave us other options than to find other option. We tried to work with you that we get your system to work, but there was not enough support from your side, addons were not ready, you couldn't our developer to talk with your developer, every question too week or two to get answer. The project was nightmare.
You write that most reviews are good, but what I have read lately, most are bad. Many have had many problems and software has lot of bugs.
When we are getting answer to our emails? support(a)imprintnext.com is there someone answering, we haven't got any reply? Could it be better for you to handle this straight with us than here?

Bad bad service
For who is wondering to have a real feedback of this tool: bad bad service - they care about getting your initial payment and then stop answering. They have implemented the platform in my website 1 year ago and left it incomplete without answering. Go for something else to don't fall in this trap.

Great product
Great product. The Supplier Catalogue Integration is great. All plugins will have bugs. All the issues I've reported have been fixed. I've used 3 other $40 designers and this is the best one for the money.

Won't recommend it
There are some really basic features that are not available.
Too many bugs, every day something different is not working.
Aftersales service really bad, timings are never realistic and they take too long to solve every bug.
We bought expecting to have new modules for production and marketing that never arrive.
Very bad and disappointing experience due to too many bugs and lack of reliability of the software and developers, we are giving up with this software.

Perfect Product customisation software
We have been using ImprintNext to customise our products for a year now, this has helped us to have an edge in this market. More importantly the support provided by the ImprintNext team has been 5 stars. They continuously improve and we are surely going to have a very long working relation with ImprintNext

A plugin NOT suited to the Printing Industry
Where does one start… This does not work for a real printshop environment. Deadlines were not met and there were bugs galore when an update was finally received. Items that were working before then became a problem with the next update. Promises after promises were made and not kept. You cannot reach them telephonically and request upon request to talk via Zoom was ignored. Not professional at all. As a quality litho printer in Johannesburg South Africa we felt we were kept at arms length as they only worked via emails which was very frustrating with the ongoing problems we were faced with. We asked for top management to make contact and that to was ignored. Eventually we had no option but to pull the plug but they refused any refund despite all the emails that support our stance of non-performance.
They were, in our view, a nightmare to work with and the Plug-in a total disaster. So if you are in the Printing Industry we suggest you stay away from this solution.
Update after receiving their response 9 months later:
Dear ImprintNext,
We didn’t miss anything! We have every email to prove every point of our review. You couldn’t even just apologise… my goodness! Just the fact that you took 9 months to respond shows clearly the lack of service and support.
