Deliberately misleading
Deliberately misleading. Soft cover notepad positioned on a page amongst hard cover options but does not confirm in the description is just a paper cover. The delivery arrived with some of the covers bent and damaged.
Dismissive response. Cheap product. Why would anyone pay £300 for 50 paper notepads? Then took 3 days to review my feedback and get back to me.

They Manufactured the incorrect item
They delivered the incorrect items, effectively didnt read the notes on the order. Then insisted we send them a video of it destroyed before they would replace, even though they knew it was incorrect. So i have to lose my banners and wait for them to replace all because of their mistake. TERRIBLE CLIENT SERVICE DO NOT USE

I Ordered 250 maroon pens and they supplied red even having sent a picture of the existing pens. I’ve got they still deny that it’s actually red incredibly poor service and not interested in trying to sort the problem out shame really as they order a lot of aftermarket products I guess the only resolve is to see them in small claims court.

Absolutely horrific company
Absolutely horrific company. Do NOT use.
We spent £1000 on promotional products with them & paid over £200 for guaranteed delivery dates.
The products DID NOT arrive on the guaranteed date... in fact they had not even been put into production!!
Instead of cancelling the order like I asked (before it had cost them any money in resources or materials), they proceeded to put my order into production LATE and sent me a default tracking email detailing when the products would arrive... you guessed it, LATE!!
The best of it is... they've only offered me a 5% refund!!! It should be a FULL refund considering we can no longer use the products due to their mistake!!
Furthermore, they would NOT offer me any kind of refund on shipping costs?!?! Despite the fact THEY didn't meet the guaranteed delivery date!
Absolutely shocking business model, company and customer service.
Oh, and to top it all off, the 'managers' of the company are never there to speak to... allegedley.
