When I preordered an item with Imps Gaming in November 2023, I was shocked and upset to find that the following day my transaction was flagged as fraudulent and the purchase declined. At this point, the item was out of stock everywhere online and I had no way to get it besides eBay with a large markup.

I emailed Phil from the store to express my disappointment and frustration and he was incredibly understanding with the situation and apologetic over what had happened. He then offered to ask around at local shops who did not have online stores to see if they had leftover stock and thankfully one did, saving my Christmas panic!

With any other company I would expect to be apologised to and then forgotten, but Phil was generous and understanding the entire time and clearly a fellow hobbyist. I would give Imps Gaming 6 stars if I could, I have never received better customer service and heavily recommend to shop here.

Very good service from the folks at Imps Gaming. I had an issue with delivery (not Imps fault) and they were very helpful and sorted it out quickly for me. They turned a negative experience (that was beyond their control) into a positive one for me and I am very grateful.

Imps gaming is cheap helpful and very friendly The only issue I have every had with imps is not delivering spray cans which isnt even a big issue.

I can get the same models at a lower price and it help I live in the same city.

The selection and stock here is great, the staff are lovely and always willing to help or give advice on whatever niche topic you need help with, and the other customers truly make you feel welcome if you decide to stop by for a game, it's somewhere that makes you want to keep coming back again and again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, friendly local game shop.
