Everything truly exceeded our expectations: the apartment itself, the location and the owners. The apartment is spacious, quiet, very well equipped, modern and clean. It's beautifully furnished and decorated with attention to the smallest details. The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions in Bucharest, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts are super friendly, communicative and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bucharest.

Stunning apartment within easy walking to everything in the center. Just a 5 min walk to Old Town. Metro, supermarkets are at few steps from the location. The apartment is indeed premium as described, with a high attention to details. Is spacious, 3 persons are fitting nicely, all modern amenities are there, three large smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, 2 luxury bathrooms, one with full-size bathtub. It gives you a refined quiet luxury feeling when inside. The building in and out is well maintained, elevator is modern. Simona's instructions and communication were second to none. Calea Victoriei, which is nearby, is a lovely pedestrian street during weekends, and has lots of cool places, like Mayfair 39. We hope to stay again in the future and I'd recommend anyone visiting Bucharest to check this apartment if you want to experience Bucharest properly. Thanks for everything!

Excellent central accommodation, easy and close access to metro and public transportation, quiet locations. We have used this agency since 2017 and have been very pleased with the service, the apartments are fully equipped and very clean. Simona tries to find the best solutions and accommodate all our needs. We will definitely come back again.

Excellent accommodation in downtown Bucharest. Every time when I am in Bucharest I rent an apartment from Alia Accommodation. I started using their services a while back, in 2015. Since then, at least once a year I am in Bucharest. All apartments in which I stayed have a very central location, are well maintained and modern, very quiet - very important for me, metro always at few steps, cleaning is great, the staff is always friendly. Prices are more than fair for what is offered.

The maid came two week a month (we stayed 25 days) and the cleaning was spotless.

Very good services, from the first email until check-out. All details and photos of the apartment were accurate, nothing missing from the listed amenities. The booked apartment was very nice, good size, bathroom a bit small, but functional. I loved the kitchen - I prefer home-cooking and it served me well.

The maid came twice a week (we stayed 15 days) and the cleaning was spotless. Everything si within reach: metro station, Old Town, a nice park, shps & restaurants. The price was adequate for what we got and anyway, way less than any central hotels.

Quick booking, good advice, fast replies, firendly service before arrival and on the spot. Centrally-located, well-furnished, reasonably-priced flats.
I have booked apartments with in-Bucharest since 2010, and have never been dispppointed.
The Cellini apartment just behind the Intercontinental is my favourite.
Why go elsewhere for a short-time rental in Buc?

Our experience with Alia Accommodation in Bucharest, exceeded all our expectations! Great communication right from the beginning, friendly and helpsome staff ready to "give a hand" anytime we needed and fully equipped apartments located in the central part of Bucharest available at a very(and i mean it!) reasonable price.
We stayed 2 days in a little apartment beside Intercontinental Hotel and later on,one week in another one,located right in the core of Universitatii Square. I need to add that despite central location in a well visited area ("Bucharest´s Old Center" ) we have been not disturbed by the city-noise.
We have absolutely no doubt about where we will stay again on our next visit to Bucharest :))

Stayed in Bucharest for second time this September with this company - Alia Accommodation. As usually, I've got a very nice 1 bedroom apartment, on Doamne Street. Lovely flat, near the Old City. Cleaning staff very professional.
Price is very good, I paid 50 Euro/night which is half for a hotel in that area of Bucharest and much more space & privacy. Worth every penny! I will return, if again in Bucharest.

Just came back from my 7 days stay in Bucharest and tried a serviced apartment instead of a hotel. Very impressed! Very central apartment, just in University Square and a stone throw away from Old Town. Very clean apartment, well equipped kitchen and excellent cleaning. Strong Wi-Fi - very important for me, being in a business trip.
The price vs quality is more than fair!
