The own brand black sacks don't tare away easily. I advised a member of staff to be told that's why they are £2.59 for 25. My friend also had a homophobic experience in harnam store. Perhaps they need some customer service training and Diversity training. Disappointed

Truly awful. This company sent an actively moth-infested jacket with eggs and casings all over it.

Upon reporting, the company were initially apologetic and assured that a replacement would be sent out. They requested that the original item be sent back - god knows why - and offered to send a PDF or a physical return label in the replacement. I opted for the PDF.

5 days later, I'm told that they still haven't despatched the replacement because they're waiting for the original item to be returned. What?

(FYI - it was sent back the very same day!)

I think Trading Standards should be notified of this two-bit operation. Clearly they employ warehouse pickers who have a complete lack of attention to detail, and warehouse managers that have no idea how to correctly store goods to prevent pests.

Visit the store in Ringwood when passing and it's full of anything and everything for the home and garden. The garden centre is great and we have brought many lovely plants from there. The website is good and the search function is reliable.
Prices across the store are good value and postage for online orders is reasonable. Plant prices are very reasonable and plants excellent quality.

First class service and quick delivery.

A huge thank you to Tony and Oliver, In-Excess, Ashley Road, Poole who quickly and efficiently went beyond the call of duty to replace the batteries in my bathroom scales. I find this shop so useful. I also bought meter box keys and day before screws. Everyone so helpful. Excellent customer service.

I ordered two pairs of indigo blue socks and received grey ones.

Ordered 2× fence posts.but only one delivered, phoned up the shop and the missing post was delivered within the hour..excellent customer service 👍

I was sent wrong item a basic item was sent when a more costlier and better item ordered and paid for. I can only assume this is not a reputable company at all and a bunch of rogues I am very disappointed

Recently visited Landford garden centre, not impressed with check out operative (am).
The lady was not at all customer friendly, felt she didn't want to be there.

We have recently purchased garden furniture from the Fair Oak store. Sales advisor Tracey was super helpful offering advice and giving us her time regarding our purchase. We took delivery of our furniture yesterday. The delivery team were efficient and also very helpful. We are very pleased with the quality of our furniture and our whole In Excess shopping experience. Would highly recommend.

We visited Charlotte’s restaurant at Landford and found the food excellent and low cost and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I received my third online order of a spade and a 4lb lump hammer yesterday, the packaging was amazing. I whole heartedly recommend the company, I made an order and then wanted to add to it so sent an email to ask if that was possible I was told to make the new order then they would refund the postage which they did.

Absolutely fantastic service from In-Excess online store. The Keter Rockwood storage box I wanted was a great price and I was amazed how quickly it arrived. There was a damaged section but an email to the company was all that was needed and the replacement part arrived quickly. Many thanks to Terry for superb customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending In-Excess.
