Too good to be true
I ordered an 85kg offset smoker from the website in a sale, after two days it said it was ready to be shipped, that's was two weeks ago. The site said to allow up to 10 days for a big delivery, but again it's been two weeks. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times in multiple ways with no response at all and now the website seems to have vanished off the internet. Having to go through my bank to get the money back due to lack of response from seller

Not great at all!!
Over 40 phonecall attempts, messages left, email and online chat used and I am unable to get hold if anybody at this company. Its new and showingvs opening I'm 2023 and at the moment I'm unsure of its validity
