I had a great experience doing my course with Edd as my teacher, couldn’t have asked to be taught by a better person. He goes above and beyond to help his students, also does his best to make learning as fun and interesting as possible. He makes sure every student understands the topic fully before moving onto a different topic, which I and alot of other students really appreciated. I would definitely recommend doing your training with IN-Training as they are one of the best companies around, they are dedicated to making sure their students not only pass, but that your also prepared for any challenges that may arise once you start your career. Not only was I more than satisfied with the service I received from IN-Training, I will most definitely do more training with them in the near future.

Lovely experience, things were explained clearly in a friendly atmosphere. There are 'practice veins' to poke and prod needles with, and it translated pretty nicely onto a real arm.

I looked very carefully for the best course in Phlebotomy as it felt like a bit of a minefield out there. I was keen to get the best course. I was so pleased to find iN Training as they explained everything to me before hand. Provided me with all the information I needed. The course delivery was excellent. Very informative. The instructor’s knowledge was so useful and answered all the questions I had.
The course materials were also really helpful.
I throughly recommend this school if you want to learn phlebotomy properly and have great post course support as well.
They are definitely the best school and I will
be continuing further learning with them. .

I am a healthcare professional with over two years' experience in the NHS mass vaccination programme. I decided to add phlebotomy to my skill sets and enrolled on the Basic and Advanced phlebotomy courses with this provider and trainer. I attended the basic course in February 2023 and the advanced course in May 2023.

As an experienced and trained trainer myself, I can comment that both courses delivered by the trainer met very high standards, which enabled me very quickly to gain practical experience in a primary care clinical setting.

The course content was easily sufficient for me to gain a sound knowledge of the subject and conduct venipuncture with confidence and success in a NHS clinical setting.

The course content was delivered in a logical, thorough yet relaxed style that aided comprehension and retention, balancing theory with practice appropriately. The instructor was able to draw on practical experience from his experience of public, private and military healthcare sectors and was thus able to illustrate his themes anecdotally, which made the training all the more interesting.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider if you are serious about setting out on a new career as a phlebotomist.

Edd is a great teacher , very friendly and patient.
He made a long day on a Sunday fun.

Edd is an excellent teacher, very clear to understand, and also very patient!

The courses I have completed with Edd have been very professional, very thorough and just the right amount of humour to make it a very good experience top marks to Edd for his extensive knowledge of Phlebotomy.

All our trainees were very happy with Ed’s teaching. In particular, he explained procedures very well and the trainees felt very comfortable asking questions. Two trainees had had previous training, but said Ed’s teaching gave them confidence to practice.

Fantastic training and support. I can't recommend Edd highly enough. I have completed training in both powerpoint and excel which were both exceptional. The shortcuts, tips, tricks and advice have made my work easier and more efficient. 5 Stars!

Edd is a very good and up-to-date instructor.
He is so helpful and I had a problem in my workplace and I got in touch with him out of the blue and he was so helpful. I got his precious pieces of advice. Then, I argued with them using his advice and knowledge and he is absolutely professional and right about everything he advised. I embarrassed them and they did not know how they should apologise to me..

As a regard to his course that I took with him, everything was organized and in order… his approach is rich of information and easy to deliver and in funny way!

Great training and Edd the instructor I had recently was incredible at maintaining a comfortable environment for new learners to ask questions and knowledge was explained in a way that ensured the whole class had understood. The equipment used was of a high quality, and there was support and assistance present to help when using them to practice techniques.

I highly recommend it to learners who want to develop a new skill, and those who want to improve or refresh what they already know.

I got some top tips from Edd's Excel training session, he adapted his pace to suit the needs of the group, which was quite varied. Friendly and approachable so we were comfortable asking questions. I received some Powerpoint training from Edd. I had used it before but our session opened my eyes to all of the functions I didn't know about and hadn't used before. I now find it easier and quicker to use PP, plus my outputs look more polished. I found Edd to be a good teacher- clear, straight forward and easy to understand. I'd recommend to anyone, whether a beginner or wanting to improve skills.
