Inbouw vaatwasser store in Drachten

Inbouw vaatwasser store in Drachten is lacking the right service and communication. I bought a dishwasher 3 weeks ago, I paid an extra service to get it installed. On the website it's mentioned today paid tomorrow delivered, it's not true if you have it installed.
They are using an external service that is not flexible. After many delays, It cost me many free days waiting inside, today my dishwasher got installed, but it's not working. Instead of helping me, It s seems that they investigated it, like it was my fault, and they have no solution for me except wait. I paid money, extra service, and still they don't understand that I am a customer.
