Lies, delays and 414$ not refunded - Not a serious company
Our experience with Inca Land Tours could not have been worse. As soon as we paid $414, they disappeared. They would not answer our calls or WhatsApp messages. And when we did get to talk to them, it was to lie to us and tell us that our service was being processed. They themselves told us that they would refund our money, but even today, more than three months later, they still haven't responded to us. I don't want to imagine what a trip organized by this unprofessional company can be like.
There are many tour operators in La Paz, any other is better than Inca Land Tours. We chose them because they were listed in Lonely Planet, but this was the worst decision we made during our trip to Bolivia
