Order Number 1956 - not shipped. Not communication from customer support

Order Number: 1956

I strongly advise others to be cautious. I paid extra for DHL Fast Shipping, yet after more than five days my order is still marked as “Not Even Prepared.” I contacted Customer Support multiple times and received no reply at all.

I chose fast delivery because I am leaving the country in one week, and now the delay makes the order practically useless. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering the additional payment for expedited shipping.

Reading similar negative reviews now, I regret placing my order with this store. Customers deserve transparency and at least a basic update — but I received neither.

great products / high delivery costs

The products are great, but in my view delivery costs are way too high. Also in my case 1 product was cancelled although it was shown as "available" in the online store. This product was than cancelled from my order without consulting me (or asking if I want to order another product instead).

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. First, they removed an item from my order without notice. I placed the entire order solely because of that one item. They didn't even apologize. Paying for an order on the website doesn't guarantee that the item is in stock. Customer support told me that all the items are on display in the Milan store, and paying for them doesn't mean they've reserved them for you. Very interesting. Now, 10 days have passed, and I still haven't received my order, and the tracking says the package wasn't handed over to the courier service.
Update: Order #1554 Confirmed 28 Oct
Update 10.11.25: After numerous emails with technical support and publishing a review, my order started moving, and I finally received it today. But there were some issues, too. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived in the wrong color, even though the documentation was correct. I'm very disappointed with the service. A wonderful brand, high-quality products, but the service doesn't meet any standards. It's a shame; I'll never order from this store again.

Awful experience with incant.eu

Awful experience with incant.eu.
I used to buy at their onsite stores and was satisfied with the quality but the website seems to scam people. I didn't receive my order IT55165. I have written several email to support email address and online-incanto.eu email and got no reply from any. These guys are literally breaking the EU laws. The phone number at their website also can't be reached.

I can't refund the money for the refund

I ordered swimwear for 243 euros on August 16, order number IT55364.The entire order did not arrive, I tried to contact support, but no one answered me. I made the refund myself and sent it.The store received my refund on August 29, and I received a notification from the delivery service. But the store didn't respond to me for several weeks. Until I found alternative incanto addresses and wrote a complaint.They promised me that the issue would be resolved, and again no one answers.Today is September 20th, but the money has not been returned to me.Plus, when ordering, they do not indicate that the delivery will be at your expense, even if the order amount is large.Total: I spent 57 euros for shipping, 243 euros for swimwear (and not the whole set arrived)40 euros were spent on the refund.And wasted nerves and time.I do not recommend ordering online from Italy to another country.I love the store itself and their products in different countries.But the service here is terrible, it's sad.

Poor Service – Order Not Received and No Response from Incanto

I placed an order for two bodysuits from Incanto over a week ago, and I still haven’t received my items or any update about the shipment. When I tried to track my order through the UPS website, it showed that the shipment was apparently cancelled.

I was not informed about this by either UPS or Incanto. I’ve sent an email and also contacted them via direct message on Instagram, but so far I haven’t received any response.

This lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate either a prompt update on my order status or a full refund if the items are not being shipped.

This is my second order

This is my second order. The first time I bought underwear in Minsk. This is VERY beautiful and high-quality underwear, but the customer service in online shop - there are no words. The second order I made from Germany. By sending the order from the store, I received a notification. Unfortunately the tunic did not fit me. I sent it back. Not a single notification from Incanto. I wrote to the online store about a refund. They did not bother to answer. I have no ideas, where i´ve gote my money back. From now on, online orders - definitely no. Only the store.

good quality, impeccable service

A few weeks ago I was in Serbia and saw their store for the first time. When I went in, it took only a few seconds until someone was there to help me. I tried on a lot of swimsuits and the employees helped me a lot until I found the one I wanted to buy. Two weeks later I ordered online, also for the first time. The tracking worked fine, the order arrived after less than a week and there wasn´t anything missing. Also the quality of their clothes is really good. I intend to order online more often and also going to their store in Italy.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Unresolved Issues and Lack of Communication

I recently placed an order from Italy to Austria and have had nothing but frustration with the service.
The parcel arrived one week after ordering, which was acceptable. However, upon inspection, one item was missing. Additionally, the corset I ordered didn’t fit due to an inaccurate size chart on the website. I returned the corset at my own expense, yet the company refuses to reimburse me for the return shipping costs.
I’ve been in contact with customer service for over three weeks, requesting either a refund or an exchange for the corset, as well as reimbursement for the return postage. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a proper response or resolution.
The missing item is also a serious concern, as it could be considered a theft. Overall, this has been a disappointing and unprofessional experience, and I am starting to question the legitimacy of the company.
If you're considering purchasing from this company, be cautious. This has been a frustrating ordeal, and it seems the company is either unwilling or unable to resolve basic customer service issues.

This is my second review

This is my second review. After receiving a refund for my first order, I placed a new order since the item was back in stock. The order was shipped, but I was given a tracking link to a non-working website. Customer support is not responding again. It has been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my package or any response from the company.

Online store is not working (or does not want to work)

Made an order in the beginning of February. I cannot access my tracking number. No response from support or from instagram. As I understood from other reviews, this is the recurring issue with this "facility" for months. If I do not hear from Incanto in the next week, I am going to report to authorities and if you are going to their online store, I would advise not to do it, they will take your money and will not respond

the order was lost

I have ordered from incanto many times and I love this brand. But my last order on 9.9.2024 just disappeared and the store does not respond to my messages.
I would like to resolve this problem amicably, without resorting to the bank's help

I ordered 2 swimsuits almost a month…

I ordered 2 swimsuits almost a month ago and am still waiting for my parcel. The parcel cannot be found using the tracking number, Incanto support service does not respond to email. I don’t even know what to do, almost 160 euros are missing.

I have been waiting for my delivery for…

I have been waiting for my delivery for almost a month. The customer service does not respond to my emails. My parcel is according to my account still to be handed to the delivery guy. Wow.
End of December I visited their store in Milano. It is such a shame because their quality is really good and the service AT the store was very good. Can not agree with that experience online. Disappointing.
