No communication from them even though messaged via Instagram and emailed. Still have no idea what has happened with my order will be reporting the website if I don’t get a resolution as it looks like others have had similar experiences. Website should not be allowed to trade in the UK if they can’t provide the service they say they will.

They have not sent me my order nor have they replied to my emails where I am chasing up about it!

Do not buy from here - scammers! They took my money but didn’t give me a confirmation email, and it’s gone past the delivery date- surprise- no item delivered

I would give In Case UK a zero rating if I could. Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. This is the second time I've used them. The first time, last year, my phone case just didn't arrive. Having chased them up, I got no response. Finally, I got a message saying sorry they were ill and sorry for the delay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on that occasion. The case finally turned up many weeks later. Recently, I got a new phone and ordered a new case. A parcel arrrived, but it was empty, and quite clearly showed that nothing had ever been inside the parcel as the cardboard case used for protection hadn't even been taped up. I messaged them through their website, by email and via FB Messenger to advise of this on 6 May and got absolutely no response. I disputed it with my credit card company in the end as they just didn't respond. I have finally receiving tracking details, obviously for a case that has now been sent out by them, but not yet received as of 18 May 2022. I ordered the original case on 31 April 2022. Very very poor. I like their products, but I will not be using them again.
